I can't stop thinking of blog posts to make and videos to do. Dan the Man and I are going to a literal Shrek themed rave, and I'm like "Well, we're gonna need to print out a lot of zine comics to hand out tonight once I make it to your house. It'll only take an hour or so." This kind of shit is ruining Dan and Steve best friend time. Yes, he's the guy from the back massage post.
Doing a Monday to Friday live show has fucked with me. I'll get off of work at like 6, travel back for an hour, fit in dinner, try to relax for a minute, work on my zines (or effort blog posts or videos) and then, very sloppily, try to get ready for the 11:11 discord call in show stream. It's fun. I am having fun, for real - I just can't seem to finish shit, though. Doing a nightly live show on top of wagecucking and all of my other creative efforts is exhausting. I get like 3 or 4 hours of sleep a night during my in office, longer work weeks. While I'm trying to sleep I'll be like "fuck, I want to blog about this or work on some new projects." Is this hustle culture? I wouldn''t call it that. It's more like project culture. I just wanna work on creative projects all day, everyday. There's so many fun things to do. Idk, rather than being a slave to my office job, I'd rather be a slave to my own creative ambitions.
Ugh, I woke up at 2pm today. This week has exhausted the shit out of me. The wife and I were supposed to get up earlier hang in Columbus then get a hotel room - a day trip. That changed. It's an air mattress at Dan's now lol.
Those are the kind of project chads I wish I could be.
I'm gonna continue doing the show and all of my bullshit... but should "Autism Tonight" really be 5 nights a week at 11:11pm? Everyone has told me to switch it to 9:11pm eastern, weeknights. So that's happening. We'll be reading The Wizard of Oz all this week.
